    these are lovely. Bold, graphic and to the point as a safety poster should be, yet still visually interesting and conceptually sound.

    I worked in heavy manufacturing for forty years and was subjected to many safety meetings with gory movies..I like these posters much better...

    Comic book artist Paul Pope left a comment on the flickr page for the fourth one down (with the cupped hands), "Gorgeous use of 3 color...the negative space, perfect." I never notice negative space until someone points it out, and now I'm marveling at the fingers on the hands. (Perhaps related: I don't think I've ever seen the hidden images in a stereogram.)
