Fantastico, impresionante! Enhorabuena por el blog!
Back in the early 70s when I should have been studying history I found myself in the Humboldt Library going through copies of Graphis. I remember seeing Vin Guiliani's work and thinking "that's what I want to do." I'm still thinking that. Thanks for the memory.
Thank you both. David, I tracked down this book series after seeing one of its Alessandrini illustrations in an old Graphis (what a resource). I will definitely investigate Vin Guiliani.
that Agoraphobie et Claustrophie, kind of gets me where i live
What a coincidence! After posting about Cieslewicz today on Tumblr I've just run into this blog post via Google Reader. I was delighted to find works by Topor and Cieslewicz here, who formed “Mouvement panique” in Paris in 1962.
Thanks, though I looked into the Panic movement (through Topor, Arrabal, Jodorowsky), for some reason Cieslewicz's name never stuck in my head. I will keep my eye out for his work. Love the poster.
