    Why only a detail on Café Affair? You've left out Štyrský and his bomb! Gnashing of teeth. OK, three panels is a lot to fit in.

  3. Some of it seems like new objectivity meets surrealism. Some echoes Russian futurism. Interesting, but not very sexually stimulating.

  4. Hoffman was a member of the Devětsil group in the 1920s. I think we can hypothesize that for the most part he left explicit sex to his friends in the Prague surrealist group, although he did contribute some erotic drawings to Štyrský's Erotická revue.
