I wanted to add a few practical notes about the Walpurgis Night Sabbath. First, Hail Satan. Take a pillow as riding a broom over a long distance is hard on the genitals. Try to get there early as there is always a line to kiss Satan’s ass. I also recommend bring several condoms and a first aid kit. After the buffet there are a lot of well season ladies in need of dessert. Since these encounters are always over the top, several condoms are just good peace of mind since they usually spilt open. Finally, first aid kit comes in handy to treat scrapes, bites and bruises until you can get to an emergency room
I'm happy to say 'A Journey Round My Skull' is currently his exclusive publisher! He got in touch after I first posted on Alexeieff in October 2009, and we've been working on posts together since then. Richard has all forty books illustrated by Alexeieff, I have two, to give you just one example of the gulf between our collections.
Wonderful,a Bruno Schultz feel to these comes to mind, thank you as always.
ReplyDeleteFascinating pictures - they show that monochrome can be highly effective - colour would have added nothing.
