There was a show of the covers of all the issues of this magazine last fall at Peter Blum Soho which was beautiful - all the covers all lined up. Their website isn't working entirely, but some digging reveals this, which has a couple more images, and links to a couple of articles. The show was well-received; I'm kind of surprised that Princeton hasn't put their book back into print. I'd like to know more about the contents . . .
I'll add it to the main post, along with more info on the contents of this book (I wish all publishers would archive their pages of out-of-print books). The copyright page says it was "published simultaneously in the Netherlands by V+K Publishing, Blaricum."
