Myrhh, I fear the book will turn us on to too many movies even youTube can't help us with. (But I guess we're old enough to remember the days when we had to dig for everything.)
I just noticed Halas curated a video series (ie, VHS) called "Masters of Animation" -- it looks like at least four volumes were produced. Hopefully "Fantasmatic" made it on to one of them.

You might want to check the credit for Pica Don. I believe it's Renzo Kinoshita, not Tezuka.
