Fujisan.com seems to have at least one of these books over here. There's no images available but the ISBN matches up. The shipping cost is around $5. I've ordered a couple of books from this place before and had no problems. (Also, thanks for posting all these works by Rokuro. They're all exquisite...I love this artist.)
Will, the best thing would be to have someone trustworthy in Japan to whom the books could be initially sent. Amazon Japan has free domestic shipping (or at least, did when I was there a few years back).
